In a wonderful Mudejar Courtyard, in a unique setting that transports us to past centuries and sister cultures, lies the Mudejar Courtyard Contrast Circuit of Castillo Termal Olmedo.

A unique place to enjoy a circuit set in Castilian Mudejar art, inspired by the Royal Convent of Santa Clara in Tordesillas from the 14th century. The paintings decorating its walls are a reproduction of the Mudejar frescoes of the Alcázar of Segovia, and the relaxation room preserves the original fireplace from the Convent of Sancti Spíritus, formerly used by the Bernardine nuns who lived there for cooking and which today retains its natural fire.

History, culture, and architecture in a unique thermal experience.

The circuit, attended at all times by an assistant guide, consists of:

• Ritual welcome shower with peeling effect
• Dry and mixed saunas with chromotherapy alternated with a river stone footbath surrounded by a curtain of soft rain
• Contrast baths in pools of hot mineral-medicinal water at 38°C and cold at 20°C
• Bi-thermal showers
• Hammam steam bath at a temperature of 42°C and 100% humidity
• Relaxation Room with natural fire chimney and infusion
