Both the indoor and outdoor pools feature different jacuzzis, individual bubble massage beds and seats, a series of relaxing jets, water curtains and cannons, as well as spacious relaxation areas.

HOURS

For thermal pool hours, it is essential to make a prior reservation for the 17:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 21:00 slots. From 9 am to 5 pm, no reservation is required.

For your arrival day, the following hours would be available:

• 3 pm to 5 pm. CHILDREN'S HOURS (no reservation required).
• 5 pm to 7 pm (prior reservation required).
• 7 pm to 9 pm (prior reservation required).
   

On the following days, you could access from:

• 9 am to 11 am. CHILDREN'S HOURS (no reservation required).
• 11 am to 1 pm (prior reservation required).
• 1 pm to 3 pm (prior reservation required).
• 3 pm to 5 pm. CHILDREN'S HOURS (no reservation required).
• 5 pm to 7 pm (prior reservation required).
• 7 pm to 9 pm (prior reservation required).
   

*PLEASE NOTE: These hours may be subject to change to accommodate hotel occupancy.

• The thermal pool can be enjoyed by prior reservation, within the defined access times.
• Exclusive access with bathing clothes and footwear.
• The use of a bathing cap is compulsory. It can be purchased free of charge at the hotel.
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.
• It is compulsory for children under 3 years of age to wear special water nappies.
• It is not allowed to jump into the pool or dive in head first.
• Please respect the other users of the pool and maintain the tranquility of the pool.

• The thermal pool can be enjoyed by prior reservation, within the defined access times.
• Limited capacity. No bookings will be accepted without prior appointment.
• Daily day passes are valid from Monday to Friday morning, except for public holidays, long weekends, Easter and Christmas.
• All passes are personal and non-transferable.
• It is compulsory to book in advance to use the facilities.
